Fiat Chrysler was involved in the broader emission technology scandal that hit the automobile industry from 2015 onwards. Before and during this period, Fiat Chrysler has made misleading statements and omissions regarding its compliance with emission regulations and did not adequately inform the investing public about its wrongful conduct.
