About FCIRS

Fiat Chrysler Investors Recovery Stichting ("FCIRS" or "Foundation") is an independent foundation established under Dutch law, with a Board of Directors and a Supervisory Board. The Foundation operates on a non-profit basis and represents affected investors in Fiat Chrysler (currently Stellantis) who seek compensation. Board and Supervisory Board members are remunerated for their time but have no financial interest in the outcome of the action.

Flip Schreurs

Since 1989, Flip has been a lawyer, first at NautaDutilh and per 1995 at Boels Zanders, a law firm in the Netherlands. He is an expert in corporate governance and often deals with issues with (management) boards. Flip is a lecturer at the CPO Grotius specialization course in Corporate Litigation and publishes frequently in his field. As an expert in his field, Flip is regularly appointed as an officer by the Enterprise Court of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal.

Barbara van Hussen

Barbara is a senior partner at JB Law and specialised in corporate law. Previously she worked at DLA Piper in the Netherlands for 22 years (16 years as an M&A partner) working a considerable time at DLA Piper in London and Leeds. She also held various managerial positions there, including that of board member on the International Executive Board. Barbara is regularly appointed as an officer by the Enterprise Court of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal.

Following 15 years with ING Group, Dominiek has held senior management positions in global financial institutions such as the African Development Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction & Development and InterAmerican Development Bank. Most recently Dominiek has been the Chief Risk Officer and Executive Director of a global NGO where he has been responsible for risk and compliance, fraud management and insurance.

Bonne van Hattum

Bonne van Hattum (PhD & LL.M) has been an expert for over 20 years in the field of behavioral risks such as mass claims, class actions, liabilities, political interference, reputation damage and supervisory intervention. Her areas of specialization include dealing with financial and sustainability laws and regulations (ESG and duty of care standards), the application of open standards in general and the settlement of mass claims.

Matthijs is an economist with more than 25 years of professional experience. He founded and led the Dutch office of competition economics boutique consultancy RBB Economics between 2004 to 2022. His work focused on assisting clients in high profile competition law cases before competition authorities and courts as an economic expert. Before joining RBB he held positions at the Dutch competition authority, the European Commission and two other consultancies.

Guido Rooijackers

Guido has been a partner in the partnership Sman Business Value since 2002. He focuses on the valuation of companies. He often acts as a legal expert, including before the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal. Guido has advised as a legal expert in sizeable buyout proceedings such as Gucci and Ifco Systems. Furthermore, as party counsel he has assisted a dozen law firms in the proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber concerning the compensation of investors in SNS Reaal.
